The uniqueness comes from the fact that it's the only scene with a woman in a dress floating in air. Right? ;)

So, what is it?

The shadows are weird. First of all, since when do rooftops cast shadows on the sky? And also the shapes of the shadows do not really match the shapes of the chimneys.

I believe they are suppsoed to represent the other rooftops of the city. they are not supposed to be shadows but silhouettes.
