whats the longest time you have gone between disney trips?

Well so far it will be 6 years!!!!! I usually try to get there every other year but cash has been tight and my soon to be husband will be there for our Honeymoon in May 2009 so it will be amazing!

2 years and 7 months.....I don't ever wanna be away that long again! I have been back a week and a half and am soo depressed that I don't know when I will be going back. It is an addiction only other Disney lovers can understand. My family (the ones who don't live with me) think I am crazy for wanting to go more than once, but those silly people also call it a "theme park" .....they just don't get it. :(

To WDW it will be 3 years but to Disney Paris its normally just 4 or 5 months but its just not the same as going to Disney Florida for me.
If we could afford it, we would go to Disney Florida every year and my parents who come with us would go every year as well.

I wasn't able to make my first trip until I was 22 in 2000 but then luckily after my husband and I met - I got him hooked too so we went to one park in 2003 and then starting with our honeymoon in 2004 we've been back regularly since. So I really only had to go through a 3 year gap after I finally made my first trip...or I suppose to me it was more like 4 because we didn't even make it to Magic Kingdom that first trip. 2004 was when our real trips together started!

Usually we have been fortunate to go every year since our youngest was 4(2001) it just seems so long in between trips. We usually only go for a week. Most of our friends don't get why we keep going back! At least you guys get it!I get tired of explaining why we enjoy it so much.

My first trip to Disney was when I was 17 and a senior in highschool (1987). That in itself should never happen! There should be a law that state EVERY child should go to Disney before they are 10. You miss so much magic when you do not get to go as a child. My next trip was with my 5 year old the summer before she went into kindergarden (1994). Then the next trip was in 2005 with my 2 year old. Since 2005 we have been to disney about 10 times and even moved to Georgia from Massachusetts to be closer. We even just went to DTD for LUNCH one day. How cool is that. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO WITHOUT THAT MAGIC IN MY LIFE.

That is so true about what you said about all kids should get to go. I begged my mom and dad to take my sister and me to wdw when we were little. Not until we both left home did they finally go and stay at Fort Wilderness! Without us!
Then they came back and where like fPlease come with us next time it is not as much fun when you don't have kids with you!
So We went in 1991. I was pregant and already had a 7 year old and a 4 year old!
We had so much fun!
Then we didn;t go back until 1998! Then every year until 2004 now its about every two years. Except maybe not now because of economy!
