We did Leave A Legacy as one of the options of our honeymoon package in 2004. I'm so glad we chose it! I love knowing our picture is always there at WDW and I especially love that it was taken on our honeymoon.

Finding it since...that has been a problem. :) I still have the card with the location on it but we've only found it one time since, our first trip back after our honeymoon and with a CMs help. We keep saying our "next trip" we'll find it again and the write down really good directions for it...but we've yet to do that. :)

I haven't left a legacy. Can you still leave one or is that option completely gone now?

Lawrence, I'll take you up on that! I'll find my locater soon and get you the info. It has been an ongoing joke with my husband and I about how happy we are to have our tile...but that we're totally ridiculous for not trying harder to find it again. :)

I'm not sure how updated this is, but AllEars has this info posted about Leave A Legacy:
The Leave A Legacy program, first launched at Epcot in Fall 1999, has been discontinued as of June 16, 2007. The current display of more than 550,000 tiles at the main entrance of Epcot will remain for the time being. The Leave A Legacy Locator station will be relocated to the Camera Center underneath Spaceship Earth.

:) I have my locator number Lawrence! I was hoping to scan in the photo for you but I haven't had any luck in getting to one lately! If I'm able to before you leave I'll scan the whole thing. But the locator says: East 6-E-21-6-32

I had (with my wife & kids) a legacy box created in 2004. We're there every year & as sad as it may sound, I always give it a little clean with my hand lol.
