my favorite is when they go into the picture and find a fare.

Mine would be the very last scene... its kinda sad thinking that they'll most likely never see Mary Poppins again... and Julie Andrews did a great job in this scene... it looked like she was actually going to cry...

My most favorite scene is the chimney sweeps dance on the rooftops of London. The special effects and the dancing are just phenomenal!!!
