This year I am thankful to be here for another Thanksgiving. I am thankful to be healthy again and thankful for all of the people I've never met who have extended their friendship to me. In the words of that classic Louis Armstrong song" What A Wonderful World"! What a wonderful community the farflung Disneyfans and community have become. I think Walt would be proud!

My First Anniveersary

I just wanted to say that today it's one year since my surgery for breast canceer. So I wanted to thank all of you out there who offered me so much friendship and support over the last year. It means a lot ,and I'm glad I got to meet some of you at MagicMeets in July.

Kevin just reminded me today about when we landed last year & May and there was a fierce rainstorm that made it kind of scary when we left the airport. We just don't get rain like that in Wisconsin that's for sure!

Someday I do want to see Cirque, its good to hear you enjoyed it so much! We had gotten a note about discounted tickets and I got all excited thinking maybe we could go this trip and then found out that its not being performed this whole next week. I guess just another fun thing to add to a future trip's itenerary!

I can't wait to go visit the characters from UP! We are heading to Hollywood Studios right away Saturday for Star Wars weekends and to get in Toy Story Midway Mania. That would actually be a nice break from the heat to head over to visit the characters somewhere during all that fun!
