Five things about me you probably should know

• I am a rabid animation geek. It's not just Disney that I love, y'all. I love all kinds of animation, whether it be hand-drawn, computer or whatever. Genre/studio doesn't really matter either. I've been a big fan of Warner Bros. cartoons (esp Bugs Bunny) since I was a child and my favorite cartoon character of all time is Betty Boop.
• I am also a rabid literary geek. I will read just about anything and have been reading (according to my mom) since the age of a year and a half.
• I am a Ren Faire geek. I love to read about/study the British Renaissance period and hang out at my local renfest Scarborough Faire. I've gone as a Mundane (regular person) and also in two different costumes (Lady Gerard of the Forest and as a pirate/gypsy).
• I am a reality show addict. If there is a reality show about it, I'll probably watch it. Except Paradise Island. Tried watching it, really couldn't stand it. Come to think of it, most shows on FOX are not worth the celluloid they're filmed on, IMO.
• I just want moms to be able to get along. Breastfeeding, formula feeding, AP, non AP, crunchy, non crunchy..can't we all just get along y'all? We should be not fighting about whether or not doing it one way is the right way to parent. You find your own style, in your own time. It may not be what everybody else does, but as long as it works then whatever you're doing (as long as it's not harmful to your child(ren)/illegal/etc) is absolutely, perfectly ALRIGHT.
