Just a quick note to say Happy Thanksgiving and, one last time, have an absolutely amazing time at Disney!!!!!!! I've enjoyed counting down with you and I'll be thinking of you (especially on the 4th) and wishing you the best time ever. :D I'm off to bed now - it's been a very long and productive day!
Thank you so much for the birthday picture - it was so nice of you to create one just for me!! Its great to have friends like you!! Well, hope you are having a wonderful Thanksgiving and that you get your packing done in a flash!! : )
I'm so excited for our trip and can't wait to hear all about it!! Have a safe trip and most of all, enjoy!!!!!

I know Krista, can't wait for next year and celebrate my birthday there as a Cast member, well my friend the time has come (the walrus said) have an awesome time at Disney and will be here waiting to hear how was it and to see ur new pics!!! Happy Thanksgiving!!!!
Haha I'm glad you liked the Mickey thing so much! Nice workspace by the way - it looks very nicely organised. :D Hope you have a good last day at work.
I saw A Christmas Carol again today and enjoyed it every bit as much as last time. I'm so happy it turned out to be great after all!
I'm sure I'll get to talk to you again before you leave for WDW, but just to be on the safe side...
Remind me of your MVMCP plans if you get a chance. :o)
Just a few days to go! It's unbelievable how fast the weeks and months have gone by. I'm glad you're all better in time for your trip. I'm not quite there yet, but I saw a doctor yesterday and hopefully the medication will do the trick! Anyway it's nothing serious and as we always say, Disney will cure it! :P
That's exciting about Sea World! Those places are a lot of fun. I went to Marine World in Canada a few years ago, but I've never been to the one in Orlando. Looking forward to hearing all about it. If you visit Ariel at MK you'll definitely have something to discuss this trip! :D
I'm sure you're going to have an amazing time and I'm so happy for you. You deserve it! I still wish our trips had overlapped, but maybe some day. On the bright side, I got an email last night from some friends who I haven't seen for years and it turns out we'll be there at the same time! We're going to meet up to watch the Christmastime parade so I'm really excited about that.
I cannot believe your trip is this friday. Did I tell you that my co-worker is going to be down there the same time as you? He hasn't been down there in 8 or 9 years. He's so excited....all he's doing right now is listening to MouseWorld radio on Live 365. So are you all packed for your trip? :-)
Just got back from A Christmas Carol. What an amazing film! Like you said the trailers didn't do it justice at all. I loved the 3D, especially the snow (I only wish there had been more of it!) and I thought the flight over London at the beginning was absolutely incredible! I've never seen anything like it.
There was one part I hated - I just hope it's the same part you were talking about! For me it was the scene with the hearse chase and the shrinking. I found the whole sequence jarring and off-putting, not to mention over the top and unnecessary in terms of the story. Very weird. I wish it had ended up on the cutting room floor where it belongs! Thankfully it didn't ruin the film, but it was close! I may skip that scene when I watch it on DVD. :P
There were a few things I would definitely have done differently, but that was outweighed by many more wonderful things that I could never have dreamt up! I was surprised at how frightening some scenes were - I know it's a ghost story and the book was slightly scary, but wow! I'm so glad I wasn't one of the little kids in the audience!
Overall I thought it was great and again, like you said, very moving. :D Looking forward to seeing it again!
That totally sounds like fun!!! I can't wait to hear back from your trip and definitely Christmas it's the time to go to the parks for it's decorations and events, I want to go to Christmas around the world in EPCOT, I"ve heard a lot of great things about it!
Have a magical trip!!
Hi Krista, my turn to be unwell this week! :P I've been having stomach problems on and off this year - it's either grumbling appendicitis or something similar. So anyway I've been at home all week not feeling great. It was my mum's Birthday yesterday and we were planning to meet my sister, have dinner and see A Christmas Carol, but we ended up having to cancel everything. :(
I hope you're feeling better now and I'm glad to hear you've been having fun watching UP again! Do you have everything organised for WDW yet? I started arranging my camera bag today so I'm starting to feel somewhat prepared. It's all happening so fast!
Also my Little Mermaid 20th anniversary pin arrived today and it's beautiful - much better than it looks in the picture from the website. I would definitely recommend keeping an eye out for it while you're there. :D
I'm doing very well watching all the Disney movies I wanted to see before WDW. The only ones left on the list are Beauty and the Beast, Alice in Wonderland and Finding Nemo, but they were all maybes anyway! :P Of course there are lots of Christmas ones to watch as well. Are you planning to watch any Disney movies to get into the spirit for your trip?
